Onion Gravy

The Echo was convinced there would be snow overnight, so, predictably, there wasn't any.  Just rain, and even then it was a pretty poor show.  Spent the day doing errands and admin.  Sausages with onion gravy and Yorkshire pudding for dinner.  A sort of Toad Out Of The Hole thing.
