today we took a car for some hours and finished all sorts of errands. buying some new large lightweight travel bags, trying to see if we could do something about the rule that stipulates we have to leave India after 3 months, even though our visas are valid for 6 months. No-we have to leave, if only for a few days-who gains from this rule, i wonder??

As we were driving i took shots through the window of the taxi. in this photo there are more than 22 people visible and several more by deduction (the driver and passengers of the car, and the rickshaw in front.we can't see them).

sitting in the taxi, with all the windows closed and the aircon on, it seems that the pollution is not as vicious, and i suppose that the ones who rule here never go out, not for a minute, in the traffic without this metal and glass protective shield around them. 

the last few days i took rickshaws several times and every time the choking was tremendous!

today is my, hopefully, last dentist appointment. and now we have to decide where to go...
