Tinto Hill

Very few sheep could be seen from the train yet there were hundreds of tracks visible on the snow covered hills.  Years ago my first climb up Tinto Hill was on a similar day of snow and with marvellous views over the Border Hills to the south and northwards over the Central Lowlands. This view is taken very near Monday's.
