Storm damage to the (empty, and for sale) former Burdens warehouse in Burnett Road, Inverness. Most locals are more likely to recognise the building as being the former Highland Omnibus workshop. The roofing was replaced just a few years ago. Most of the flashings at this gable end were ripped off in the high winds of Friday morning, to be scattered over a great distance, and hence one of the reasons the neighbouring College was closed that day. There were bits of sheeting and insulation landing in various of the College's car parking areas. The back car park was partially cordoned off today, in case that large bit came sliding our way.

Lots of snow showers, and a bitting wind. More snow coming for the next couple of days... car this week. A normal (incident-free) swim tonight.
