Looking over the to the North side of the Cromarty Firth, from beside the A9 on the (not at all) Black Isle. Snow overnight, and sub-zero this morning. Up to Rogart area to attempt to fix the broadband for a friend of my parents. BT had quoted £129 if the fault was within the house. It was, but not any of the wiring, but the BT Home Hub 2 router... after trying everything else. Replaced it with my unused (version 3) one from the loft. Surprisingly easy to set up - which was a big relief. Whilst I did sort the Broadband issue, I also crushed a large terracotta pot in the garden. Had gone out to move the car a bit, to make it easier for another visitor to turn their large car, "I'll just move back a teeny bit more..." Crunch! Oh well, can't win 'em all.

Visited the folks on the way back, and return their repaired hi-fi. It was a slow journey back home in the evening. The Struie was closed, so had to take the long way around near Tain, for both out, and back.
