Up and Running....

The Estate agent has been and gone, soon after the house was on the market for letting, and no sooner than he left the house than the guy with the board was round banging in the post and nailing the sign on too.

I went to his web site and there it was up and running, how quick was that, he's very quick, and he's letting me have a discount on this house as we have our other house with him too.

All we need now is some prospective tenants.
