Queensferry, The bridge, Bear Grylls.

After last night, I woke up in Jenny's house after giving up on the walk home from the club and collapsing on her floor, before being given a bed.

9am and a brisk walk in sunday morning sunshine to get ready for the 25 mile bike ride I'd organised a week earlier, with the idea that about 10 of us would make the trip.

In the end, only 3 turned up, but it an awesome bike ride in equally great weather to Queensferry along the seafront with Jan, Topaz and Rob, with a surprise appearance of Bear Grylls in a helicopter, who'd tuned up to say hi to some scouts.
