The Settle Inn, Stirling's oldest Alehouse apparently and also home to the famous Nick and Silke's Thursday reggae night.

Just a quite couple tonight to have a quick catch up with the Stirling loyal. 

Niall and John have just got back from their Winter retreat's in Abu Dhabi - they're still adjusting to the cold. Whereas Fraser is wanting it to get perpetually colder so he can get out and snowboard more.

Emily is just happy with a drink in her hand as always!
