Fruit my friend, fruit!

For the past month I have been in the gym a lot. Five times a week to be precise. 6 o'clock I drag myself out of the bed, eat some breakfast, get dressed and go to gym. At week days I do 45 minutes cardio and 15 minutes weights. Saturday is gym free day and sundays I work out with my personal trainer. Monday is "sick leave day". I asked my trainer what I should eat before training ... he said fruit my friend, fruit ... and then he smiled :)
