Fish dish

I decided to include an old photo of fish dish in order to upgrade the one I just made recently with lower profile because of lacking material and preparation time.

Simply steam cod fillet chunks in a cook with a lid. Apply some light soy sauce, rice wine and ginger slices to bring up the flavour and reduce the fish smell. You can also add some green (broccoli, spring onion) or red (red pepper slice, carrot slice) colours to make it more attractive. I like to use some sesame seeds as well - or apply some sesame oil when it's ready.

Taste delicious, as if eating fresh-water crab meat - if you have ever had a chance of eating Chinese fresh-water crab. ;-)
