A Dash of Colour

What a great day!

We went to have a look at a couple of houses around the corner from ours with some friends who are now in a position to buy, which was fun in itself (and finally solved one of the mysteries in our own house... apparently the weird markings on our walls are from strangely-shaped picture rails!).

We sorted out some of our garden while Miles slept, and the same friends from this morning came over for an impromptu barbie. Kat and Emma got back around then too, dyed Kat's hair and we ended up still going into the early hours.

I love spontaneous days!
