The Basin

Cath and I went for a bit of a walk down the Leeds Liverpool canal today we were going to take a look at what we had assumed were brick ovens. As we later discovered they were in fact coke ovens which Cath blipped. Along the way I was quite taken by the reflection of this old building in the basin. I was also quite taken by the building. You can take a look at it here the stone work in the walls is like a geological survey. The lines flow and ripple through various repairs additions and slumps.
