Foster Powell Community Garden

Well, it is certainly downtime at this garden down the street. Community gardens are popular in Portland and this one was born after a neighbor 'continually' petitioned the city to use this space. Because of the previous use of this space, the city said it could only be a community garden if raised beds were used. Okay!
The neighbor brought in other neighbors, fund drives provided this and that, and while it is in off season now, 'it's a happening community deal'! I have shown it distressed in order to stress later on, the just donated and planted 900 bulbs.
