Australia Day

It is a warm and extremely humid 31C today which is typical for Australia Day.
Revellers were out in force to celebrate this national holiday. There were BBQ party at even corner, tent shelters and swimmers taking advantage of the cooler water.

Bongaree Jetty, Bribe Island seemed to the favourite spot. Lifeguards were even onsite to patrol the waters.
MCFC provided the on stage music entertainment x2 (thank you to Moreton Bay Regional Council's invitation) and it was a day to remember (hot and humid - we might as well be in swimmers instead of being in our kilt). We did had lots of fun and will be back in  2016.
