Waiting for the whisky sauce

We've been to a Burn's supper at one of our local music venues.
(I don't do food photos but our next U3A subject is food so thought I'd better get some pictures done before the next meeting, may have to do fish and chips and maybe bird food. Thinking of ideas at the moment).
Took this while waiting for the lovely whisky sauce working it's way round the table.
