Worden 10K

Cal in action in the Worden Park 10k, just at the start of the second lap. He was neck and neck for the 1st 5k then put down the hammer to win by a minute. Once he hit the front the lead safety cyclist encouraged Cal to push on and clocked him doing 5min miles. Great run and prize money of £25.
