A beautiful afternoon

As part of a Bird Watching Group I spent the afternoon around the Tyne Estuary and on the two South Shields beaches. We saw a good number of sea birds and a young seal. The air was crisp and yet I could occasionally feel the warmth of the sun on my back. A wonderful afternoon.
