IMPACT Bangladesh report on the cold weather conditions in their project areas; 'Winter season started end of November 2014. In Chuadanga, minimum temperature recorded in between 80 to 100 C in December 2014. Due to foggy weather regular ferry services halted almost every night and early morning to cross the river for going to our project sites. Due to cold weather condition children and old aged people suffered from different cold diseases. We distributed warm clothes among the poorer community people to help them cope with poor weather condition'
