I just had a box of wine paid (in advertising), someone calls my name in the supermarket ... an old colleague
And I don't know how it happened but dropped the box out of my hands....
I tell you that's a lot of glass of 6 bottles!!
but a new box was delivered promptly plus 1 bottle extra "for the fright"
now that's what I call service.
