Mud, glorious mud

Went for a walk from Eastburn today after calling in at our friend's P &C. I have done the walk a few times before and there are lovely views up and across Airedale which are well worth the initial steepness!

However I had never done the walk in quite so much mud! and the higher we got the wetter we got, not so much from rain but from low lying cloud, which stopped us enjoying ( or even seeing)  the wonderful view.

Reggie really enjoyed the walk so it was worth the effort, but it was great to get back home and warm a dry.
