Rosy Morning in Paris

We returned from Holland last night, and I backblipped a dramatic evening  view of the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam this morning.

As I got up at sunrise before that this was our partial view from our fourth floor in Paris 13e. We were still fatigued from our trip, so I did not go out for anything else--Marylee was out briefly for bread and groceries. Here's a broader view from our apartment which includes this one.

This evening's French TV  headlined today's commemoration of the 70th liberation of Ausschwitz, marked by a gathering of European leaders there, and there were also related programs.  The New York Times has an article, although not exactly on the first internet page.
