Hands 2

Marc tonight. I did have nice one of Ben's hands, but then Marc started to do handy stuff with tools.

Work is best forgotten today, I think I was a bit snappy. But I came home, went for a run, and now I feel much better. And Marc has really really nearly finished the kitchen. One more door to go!!!

Run number five: 3 minute stretches, made me go very slowly indeed....hopefully next time I will be able to pick up the pace a bit!
