Cardos en salsa de almendras

I know this dish doesn't look very appetizing but I can assure you it is very good.
I have cooked the cardos that I showed you in a previous blip like my mother used to do.
I prepared a sauce with fried bread, fried garlic, fried peeled almonds and some water. I mixed it all well with the electric mixer,  added salt and parsley and poured it all onto the boiled cardos. Then I let the cardos and the sauce boil again in slow fire for about fifteen minutes so that the cardos could soak the taste of the mix.
