Veal casserole.

We got to use our new casserole dish today. It was excellent. As indeed was the meat we cooked in it. Mary got all cross when she found out I'd pick up veal thinking it was venison. But someone at work told me that British veal (which this was) is ethically reared and ok to eat on those grounds. Anyone know about this?
Anyway all that aside it was well yummy!
