On The Way To Work

This is what I walked through to get to work.  It was kind of fun.

it stopped snowing at lunchtime and then started to melt.

Which was OK as I was inside and busy.  Quite a bit accomplished, including some really fiddly things and I left at an almost decent time.

More snow forecast for tomorrow - where's my scarf?.

Your interesting cultural observation for today is:-  your German (male) colleagues will always wear their scarves indoors when it's cold.  I've been told People do it here because they think it will either prevent them from getting a cold from drafts, or because they are already sick and believe it will make them better.
