When does something that was once Derelict become art?  

An Exhibit at the High Museum presents sculptural paintings by Jose Paria that suggest cultural fragments salvaged from urban sites that have experienced social and cultural upheaval and transformation such as the Berlin Wall.  This is one of ten sculptures.  Really interesting .
