Spot Telling

Not too sure how to clearly describe this yet. The lady on the right is not a fortune teller rather explains the meanings behind spots, birthmarks of blemishes on your skin. Usually there'll be some spots with negative meanings so you'll pay this person to remove them for you. (I need to investigate this one more and update)
