Picks

My new guitar teacher has made me re-evaluate my choice of pick for playing guitar. Pick choice is something personal and I have realised over the past few weeks that I might have chosen wrong quite some time ago. Now I am experimenting. 
One of these has been my pick of choice for over two years now. One I found one the street in Chelsea, London more than 25 years ago. One is from a Japanese boutique guitar builder. 
The other two are pretty generic.
Which is my new favourite?
