Lovely Lindsay

Back home from London in time for a lovely lunch out with Valerie, and then superb timing in catching the evening sun on a dog walk with Lindsay.   

Today I've caught up with medical research strategies,  electric guitar lessons, broken boilers, Accelerants gig at The Crown, ice cream breakfasts and paper rounds.  

I realise I am very lucky to have my friends, and live the life I do.
