Snowhoofs

A very dull and overcast day here....but at least it's not as bone chilling as it has been.  

Had to prepare the Spruce cabin for folks coming in this afternoon, then took dogs for a bit of a walk.  

It's a 'fasting' day today.....which means i drink a lot of water!  lost almost 6lbs so far, and it has now been 3 weeks and i must say it isn't as onerous as i had expected!   mind you i really do enjoy breakfast on the day that follows!
