Dino Dig

Day out today included the museum. I like it less and less everytime we go. 

The gravitas is being slowly eroded away and whilst things like the dino dig are fun I worry the museum is forgetting its roots. Lots of galleries (I guess about half) closed for the next few years for 'redevelopment'. Why close them all at once? Result is no Egypt, science, technology, engineering, art, far East, industrial revolution, Georgian, Victorian stuff to see at the moment. Disappointing.
