Athletics Coaching Course

Tutoring an Athletics Coach course for British Athletics this weekend at Wodson Park stadium in snowy Hertfordshire. Snow, sleet and rain all day so conditions made it impossible to use the athletics track - fortunately we did have the facilities of a large gymnasium. Weather forecast indicate similar conditions tomorrow.
