Ever timely

Tax return completed on time this year (just!)  Last year I had real problems with access to the online service - if I sorted a user name, I'd lost the password etc etc - not helped by a degree of internal stress at the time.  The final result was a late return and a fine!

This year was not without its dramas.  Initially I started in October, trying to be really efficient, but I couldn't find my P60.  I did eventually track that down, but now I can't find my PAYE notice - I probably threw it away.  The return insisted on something being inserted into the Tax owed section, so I put in a random figure of £400.

Presumably the tax man will check the figures, and correct them!
