Powis peacock

Gloriously sunny day today for our trip to Powis Castle.

This peacock was not keen on anyone actually entering the castle. Just as we approached the entrance he suddenly fanned out his beautiful feathers and strutted about, showing off big time.

After several minutes of his display we managed to give him the slip when he looked the other way.
