Dolly's toad in the hole

I made quorn sausage toad in the hole for dinner tonight! I cheated slightly and used a packet mix for the batter, but I had to add water and mix it, so really I did most of the work myself! It looked much more impressive before I opened the oven to check on it, it deflated somewhat, but it was still tasty!
