Another coo!

This, at the western end of Princes Street, just across from the doors of the Caledonian Hotel, is a bit of a puzzle. The one sticking out of the building in the Cowgate at least has an address reference. The only thing I can think of here is that the business is called Kylo (no idea what they do!) and of course in some parts of Scotland a cow would be a kye, but it's a bit obscure & would be a VERY Scottish in-joke!!
