Snow on the deck

From my journal of November 25, 2006:

Woke to an inch of snow on the deck. Quite pretty. The sun came out too. Before breakfast I cleaned off the sill between the kitchen and the living room. The rest of the day was devoted to getting Arvin's new computer up and running. It turned out to be quite easy.
