Disabled worker

This person has 2 disabled parking placards but does an amazing of work for a disabled person.  This morning climbing a ladder then to top of truck to trim a tree.  2 days ago dug holes and planted cactus & the day before trimmed 2 palm trees.  I worked in sitting position pulling weeds in the yard & paid for it with 3+  hours of pain.
