Goodbye...

Today was the day that we said our final goodbye to my Dad. It's been an emotional couple of weeks since he died. We drove up to Derbyshire last night and stayed with some wonderful friends who cooked us a superb roast lamb dinner, it was SO nice to be cared for by people that love you.

It's always an emotional time to say a final farewell, today was no exception, I'm glad it's over. I have a void in my life that I really hadn't expected.
