running and running and running

today has progressively got better... it started ominously with a pile of invoices, in an empty office, smelling of drains... but then the source of the smell was dealt with, and later I caught up with some colleagues... and then I helped to give a behind the scenes tour for a group of Russian Museum professionals, which went down really well...

Finally the sun came out and this evening I went running...
