Carnage and Carnations

First exam today. Went OK, thankfully I didn't do the question that the invigilators drew attention to 20 minutes before the end. The figures for the question were all out by about six orders of magnitude...

Anyway, at Oxford people wear carnations to their exams, which is a reasonably new tradition. White to the first, pink to the middle, and red to the last. I like to think its a metaphor for the life blood being drained out of you, staining the petals red. hmmmm

21 tomorrow!

Bye Barbara
