Bikes!

Don't get me wrong....I knew there were a lot of bikes in Amsterdam but.....they are EVERYWHERE! Ridiculous numbers of them whizzing and weaving and jingling at you and parked bikes line every street. They even had a multi storey bike park!

This is a typical street scene (except to be truly representative there would be a tram sailing round the corner and having to stop for all the bikes)!
