Three weeks into lessons with my new teacher and am only just starting to make some headway after completely changing my playing technique. Alternate picking has been hard the new way but it is starting to come really good this week. 
Making my left hand fingers work like little hammers has been hard but even that is showing some progress.
Very please and looking forward to my lesson tomorrow evening and a few more challenges.
