Day 35: Circular

It's that time of year again: Year 11 coursework deadline. As a Product Design teacher, I have a love hate relationship with the controlled assessement part of the course.

I love getting to know the girls and helping them to achieve their vision. It's such a great feeling when you see them flourish independently.

But I hate the dust, machines that break, stressed out colleagues and students who have no sense of urgency.

I also struggle with this bad boy... The Circular Saw. I have been teaching in workshops for 6 years now and I still get scared everytime I use it!

Oh well... As always, it will all be worth it in the end!
