Not Cross

Alf might look a little annoyed but it is just a result of me asking him to turn round and then shining a very bright ring light in his face.

A good evening the pub last night, a few new songs to learn and a few potential gigs to try and get. Really proud of our little band, we've come a long way in the last year. 

Into work early this morning to avoid the Cambridge traffic, good and very bad news. The good news is that we won a small bit of work that we quoted last week, kick off on this tomorrow.

The bad news is that the Salisbury Arms which is our local lunchtime pub is closing for a month to be renovated. They are getting rid of the normal kitchen and putting in a pizza oven. All they will be selling is pizza! Much as though I like Pizza, I also really like Chilli chips with cheese on and the Salisbury is the only place that sells them! I bet it will closed in a year, which will be a great loss as it was a fantastic pub back in the day (back many days!!).

Luckily there are other pubs ;)
