glorious and blue

took the morning off then headed out to pick up the grandparents, coughing and sneezing as i went. nothing like a trip to the hospital to make you stop moaning about a cold. i took my book but i was far too fascinated with watching the hospital world go by. nan had her eye laser treatment done in a jiffy (thank the lord for the nhs). when she came out one of her pupils was tiny and one was huge, which was quite entertaining and would have freaked sakalasafari right out!

back in time for a little walk along the river to pick up some groceries. it was still light at 4.30. what a glorious, glorious sight.
