Savour every moment

Long day getting the various bits of the plan together (still can't really believe it's been such a mess this year), then down to see a film screening at the Parliament. Wasn't really prepared for just how powerful it would be, although I'd heard a lot about it before (trailer and background here http://www.iambreathing.com). Basically it's a film journal of the last few months of a young father's life as he becomes increasingly incapacitated by MND. He said at one point that he wanted those watching to make the most of every moment of life, as a favour to him.
Walked home, knowing I don't always do that, and wondering how to get a grip. Just eating supper when I had a call about someone's husband's totally unexpected death today....goodness me. Look after yourselves everyone and savour every moment.
