A Wonderful Day

Just don't look if you're bored with seeing snowy landscapes! There are so few days in the year when I get the chance to do a snowy blip. We were up early to get down to the lake before sunrise. Well, the sun rose but the sub-zero temperature hadn't created the scene I was expecting.

On the way home I saw this view but we had passed a suitable stopping place and were cold. We had a latte in a nearby café and then went back. I took 5 shots for the panorama. The shots at the lake had been OK, but I loved standing here taking shots.

In the afternoon I had the camera out again, this time to photograph some white china. I got a lot of pleasure from that, too!
