The rooftops of Boscombe

There's another world up there!  What the casual shopper doesn't know is that the precinct has a flat roof with storage units round the edge.  Each shop has a storage area, and a ramp allows delivery lorries to access the roof platform.  Many of the shops can reach their storage via an internal goods lift.  Not us, alas.  It's a long hike round to the back of the precinct, then upwards via a lift.  No fun when you're carrying heavy bags of clothing or boxes of bric-a-brac.  The best plan is to borrow a supermarket trolley for the trip.
