It's a wrap

Been testing out some new wrist wraps at CrossFit this week. My old Velcro ones are pretty cumbersome and allow for very little adjustment once you've got them on. These cotton ones can be tightened and loosened on the fly providing just the right supported. The design is pretty funky too. Best part..? Jen's mum made them, just from a template. She hadn't even seen a real set before! How cool is that, think she could start a side line business with these!

Our FreeSat box is on the fritz so we've decided to make the most of Netflix until we can get it sorted. So we've started to watch House of Cards (US version) tonight. Heard very good things about it!
